Here is what I ate over the rest of the day:
-2 granny smith apples
-1 banana
-1 chicken sandwich (2 slices of whole wheat bread, boiled chicken breast, romaine lettuce, onion, generous amount of Hummus)
-1/2 an avocado
-2 bites of a whole wheat bagel
-1 slice of whole wheat bread with Hummus
-1 handful of peanuts
-2 cans of Maple Leaf salmon salad
-1 can of Lemon Pepper tuna
-50 g of Cheddar cheese
