Day 18 - Supper

-1 big slab of baked salmon with baked potatoes
-2 1/2 slices of whole wheat bread
-2 tbsp. of Hummus
-60g of Cheddar cheese
-1 small yoghurt and 4 or 5 almonds
-250 mL of skim milk
