Woke up late again. Is it just me or do I need more sleep to recover from exercise?
Anyway, here is what I had for breakfast
-2 slices of Dempster's whole wheat ancient grains bread
-1 bowl of Chili (again)
-1 glass of Tropicana Orange Juice (not from concentrate)
