Day 3 - Late Night Snack

So, I'm definitely thinking my ankle is O.K. and I've just pulled a calf muscle.

Before going to bed, here is what I ate:
-1 can of Maple Leaf tuna fish with Olive Oil
- 1/2 a can of Maple Leaf Salmon Salad
- 1 small, whole-wheat pita
