Day 3 - Lunch

Lunch, it looked a lot like breakfast.

-2 slices of Dempster's whole wheat Ancient Grains bread
-1 bowl of home-made Chili
-3 tangerines
-2 sticks of celery
-1 can of tuna fish with olive oil
-1 can of Maple Leaf salmon salad
